Terms & Conditions | Little Robin

By connecting a wallet and using Little Robin, you're agreeing to these terms. Read the parts that matter to you, but the short version is: this is a board that connects people, we don't process payments or handle disputes, and what happens after you connect with someone is between you and them.

What Little Robin is

Little Robin is a classifieds board on Solana. You connect a wallet, pay a small SOL fee to post a listing (or browse for free), and other people can see it, comment on it, and reach out to you directly. That's the entire service. We don't process payments between users, hold funds in escrow, verify listings, or mediate transactions.

We are not a party to any deal made through this site. If you buy, sell, or exchange anything with someone you found on Little Robin, that transaction is entirely between the two of you. We don't guarantee the other person is who they say they are, that any item/service described is accurate, or that either side will follow through. Use the same judgment you'd use meeting a stranger from any classifieds site: verify before you pay, meet publicly for in-person exchanges, and don't send funds to someone you haven't verified.

The listing fee

Posting a listing costs a small amount of SOL, shown before you pay, and paid directly on-chain from your wallet.
This fee is non-refundable once your listing is live, including if the listing is later removed for violating these terms.
Listings can't be edited after posting. Double-check details before paying.
Browsing, searching, and commenting are free.

Acceptable use

Don't post listings for anything illegal in your jurisdiction. Beyond that baseline, don't use the site to:

Post scams, phishing links, or anything designed to deceive.
Impersonate another person or project.
Spam: flooding categories with repeated or low-effort listings.
Post content that's harassing, hateful, or exploitative.
Attempt to abuse, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its backend.

We can remove any listing or comment, for any reason, without notice. This includes listings that don't violate any specific rule above but that we judge harmful to the board. See our report/flag system for how community reporting works.

No warranty

Listings are entirely user-generated. We don't verify that a poster owns what they're selling, that a service will be delivered as described, or that any listing is legitimate. The site itself is provided "as is," and we don't guarantee it'll be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Little Robin and its operator aren't liable for any loss connected to your use of the site. This includes losses from a transaction with another user, a scam listing, a bug in the site, or funds lost due to your own wallet or transaction mistakes. Using a non-custodial wallet means you are solely responsible for your own funds and transactions at every step.

Age requirement

You must be old enough in your jurisdiction to enter a binding agreement and to use cryptocurrency services: 18 years old at minimum, or older where local law requires it.

Changes to the site or these terms

We can change, suspend, or shut down any part of the site at any time. If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
